Skilled Nursing

Our skilled nursing facility is staffed by licensed RNs and LPNs, who provide coordinated nursing services. As a result of your advanced needs, we can provide 24-hour care to help you maintain the highest level of health possible.

We know how much it means to you to stay as active as possible. Our staff does everything possible to help you maintain your independence for as long as possible. We want to ensure that we provide the service for you whether you are looking for skilled nursing or need extra help around the house.

The Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) assess your physical condition. Communicate with your doctor and provide necessary treatment. Skilled nursing services are include but not limited to:

• Catheter and Ostomy Care

• Diabetic Care

• Pre-Op and Post-Op Care

• Wound Care

• IV Therapy and Injection

• Pain Management

• Respiratory Care

• Patient and Caregiver Education

• Medication Management and Administration
