一般情况下，若您的家人拥有医生开具的处方，该处方明确指出需要专业的医疗服务，并且这些服务可以在家中进行，则您的家人有资格接受居家护理服务。专业的护理、治疗或医疗社会服务由联邦医疗保险Medicare(红蓝卡)支付。您可以联系我们进行免费的资格评估。

我们的团队能够提供灵活的日程安排，包括周末和节假日探访服务。如果在非工作时间遇到紧急情况，我们的工作人员随时待命，解答疑问、安排紧急探访，并在必要时协调住院事宜。
4.护士或护理人员多久会来上门服务一次？
我们的专业护理团队会在初步评估和制定护理计划环节确定护士和护理人员的上门服务频率。上门服务的频率由老人的意愿和健康状况决定，并且，我们会根据老人的身体健康状况进行随时调整。
5.我的家人可以自主选择护士或者护理人员吗？
当然。我们会基于患者的性格、文化背景和沟通方式选择与患者相契合的护士和护理人员。若您和您的家人有任何偏好，我们会尽力满足您和您的家人的要求，若效果未达到预期，我们的团队会尽快做出调整，以确保您的家人获得舒适、满意的高质量居家护理服务。
